Developed Business Case Analysis for Aviation Ground Support Equipment (AGSE), Flexible Engine Diagnostic Systems (FEDS). Provided support to AGSE Program Management’s office to perform life cycle sustainment of T700 and T55 engine tests assets. Applied Industrial Engineering techniques and Lean Six Sigma methodology to determine “best value” for life cycle sustainment of engine tests runs.  Provided comprehensive data analysis demonstrating the utilization of each engine test asset (worldwide).  Provided milestone planning recommendations on how to lessen the impact on military readiness associated with helicopter engine tests/repairs while reducing costs and process time.
