Principal Investigator for U.S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on U.S. Army Aviation Recapitalization Forecast Model.  The provided a tool that the U.S. Army can use to forecast and conduct “what-if” analysis for it’s Aviation Recapitalization Program and alerts Program Managers (PMs), DLA representatives, and functional elements to activities that may impact the schedule and provide “Look Ahead” reports of upcoming activities (not yet on the critical path).  Model was delivered to the U.S. Army Aviation Missile Command’s Deputy Commander for Transformation and DLA Aging Aircraft Offices.
