Program Manager for $300K U.S. Army Material Testing Technology project for UH-1 (Huey) and UH-60 (Blackhawk) helicopters. Project outcomes resulted in reduced test flights through blade matching, nose & cabin absorber tuning, and engine and airframe vibration management. New test methods were prototyped, approved, and implemented, which enabled UH-60 nose and cabin absorbers to be statistically tuned on the ground prior to test flights. This new method reduced dynamic testing by 1-2 test flights per rotorcraft.
