Program Manager overseeing developed plans, programs and procedures; make recommendations on organizational policy and/or directives; accomplish data analysis and lessons learned development; draft reports; provide reviews, evaluations and recommendations on subjects of highly specialized areas of concern; conduct coordination efforts with program sponsors, management and technical personnel, support organizations and outside agencies; and supplement Medical Education & Training Campus (METC) Faculty and Staff’s knowledge and expertise in the areas of (but not limited to) instructional delivery processes, curriculum development, course evaluation, academic counseling, and instructional qualification records. We provided all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Advisory and Program Management Support and Instructor Training. Program Support contracts included (1) Advisory and Program Management, (2) Performance & Advisory Program, and (3) Performance Management and Quality Improvement. Instructor training program contracts included (1) Dental Laboratory Technicians, (2) Physical Therapy Technicians, (3) Behavioral Health Specialist, (4) Hospital Corpsman Basic, (5) Medical Laboratory Technicians, and (6) Surgical Technologist.
