Program Manager for the Corpus Christ Army Depot (CCAD) providing production engineering support for Local Manufacturing, modernization of CCAD production and test equipment and processes, pilot programs, equipment procurement, Capital Investment Program (CIP) planning & execution, tool design, new facility planning and design, and other Depot critical projects. The team conducted over 1300 time observations, totaling over 1670 hours of observation time, and identifying over 50 areas for improvements in the areas Organization (Shine, Set in Order, Standardize), Safety, Quality Control Delay, Processing (Batch Size), Tooling, and efficiency.
