Mr. Rodney D. Mayo is the CEO and Founder of Entropy Dynamic Consulting Group LLC and a highly respected leader in defense contracting, acquisitions, workforce development, and community engagement. With more than 40 years of experience in the federal defense industry, he has held executive and leadership positions with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Bell Helicopter Textron, and Lockheed Martin Aerospace before retiring from federal service in 2023.
Mr. Mayo specializes in operations management, process improvement, acquisition, and program management, and currently serves as an instructor supporting federal agencies worldwide. Beyond his professional career, he has dedicated over 14 years to community and education initiatives throughout the Fort Worth area. He was a principal architect of the Strategic Pathways to Student Success model, which helped lay the foundation for the Tarrant To & Through (T3) partnership initiative. Mr. Mayo currently serves on the Fort Worth Zoning Commission as Vice-Chair and continues advocating for workforce readiness, educational opportunity, and student success.
