Onboarding New Employees
Class will include preparation for onboarding a new employee, how to prepare a new employee packet, and how to develop an ongoing plan for professional development. Developing an evaluation plan will be discussed and developing correction plans/provisional performance considerations when an employee must be let go/fired for non-performance.
Preparing for the Hiring Process
Time will be spent reviewing the hiring and expectations desired along with what you might need to do if the hiring process fails. Coaching exercises will be used to create a position interview: questions to be asked, questions that provide the most information, and legal considerations
