Robins Air Force Base Warner Robins, GA

Program Manager for Supply Chain and Warehousing Analysis, Organizational Assessment, and Roadmap for The U. S. Air Force (USAF) Forward Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (FPED) Program Office at Robins Air Force Base (RAFB). In general, the FPED capability is a low density, high-impact USAF program.  From a logistics perspective, it is comprised of mostly radios, antennas, computers, routers, and software, along with cabling, nuts, and bolts.  The FPED program office maintains a traditional logistics and supply chain warehouse operation which is responsible for 17 sites – CONUS/OCONUS field, training, and labs. This project included conducting a market study, developing a contract concept, contacting and understanding potential solution providers, and laying out a path for contract award.  Assessed and recommended improvements to the current logistics system including inventory management, minimum sparing, completed missing MTBF data, warranty recommendations, and tool assessment.
