This session will include an overview of the strategic planning process and an explanation of the purpose in conducting a strategic plan. A review will be offered to the results of the environmental plan. Participants will be invited to complete a LIBRE Model exercise to identify their individual needs versus those of the organization. The session will focus on the brainstorming and reality-testing of services that should be considered in addressing identified gaps. The session will close with determining priorities for change and increasing identified service needs.
