This capstone workshop supports leaders in sustaining and expanding AI transformation. Topics include leading change management, building an AI-ready culture, and developing leadership models to sustain innovation. Participants will design strategies to build internal capacity, align policy and culture, and ensure long-term, ethical, and data-driven growth. The session concludes with the development of a 3-year roadmap for AI integration across the enterprise or related industry sectors.
