This workshop introduces fundamental project planning concepts and the most common construction project delivery methods–including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and Integrated Project Delivery. Participants will learn how delivery selection impacts cost, schedule, risk allocation, procurement strategy, and stakeholder coordination. Through applied examples, the course demonstrates how planning decisions shape downstream project performance and operational outcomes.
