This introductory course provides Project Managers with the foundational knowledge and tools needed to incorporate Generative AI into standard project workflows. Participants will learn how AI can support planning, scheduling, communication, and documentation. The course emphasizes how to write effective prompts to generate accurate project artifacts, such as meeting summaries, task plans, stakeholder updates, requirements lists, and status reports. By the end of this workshop, participants will understand where AI fits within the PMI framework and how to use it to reduce manual workload and increase visibility across teams.
